  • I read a great quote by…. the name escapes me right now…. that basically stated that the problem is not about getting every company to use social media, but in changing your company into one that can utilize your tools. You can’t force fit these concepts on every company. Likewise, just because a company knows how to use the tools doesn’t mean it’ll be seen as authentic to the customers. Like anything, companies need to find the right marketing mix.
