Killers in Seattle

And to top off my concert-going for the year, my wife and I saw the Killers at the Paramount last week (10/12/06) in downtown Seattle. Unlike Muse the week prior, our perspective this time was from the floor. The video, as you can see, is sub-par (I need a new 8-megapixel camera), the acoustics are still bad, but all-in-all we had a good time. Always nice to shed the kids and hang out with my wife for a few hours. The show was good, but coming off of a Muse high (and Snow Patrol before them), the Killers seemed a bit….well, boring by comparison. Don’t get me wrong — great music and I enjoyed the show, but they just didn’t have much of a stage presence. Some video clips:
