20-20 check-in
Forgot to mention in my previous posts that I hit 199 today, down 23.6 lbs in just over 6 weeks. Still trying to hit my 10,000 steps per day, and follow the meal/gym plans. My legs are sore, but I can now run 4 to 5 miles without collapsing.
Did I mention that I love blogging via cell phone? 🙂
