Random observation

I’m sitting in the Toyota dealership in Issaquah, waiting for a shuttle back to the Microsoft main campus (blogging by smart phone, yet again), and i’ve noticed that all of the women working here are young (20-somethings) and attractive. Was that in the job description? When you hit 35, are you forced into back office roles, or moved to corporate – away from customer-facing roles? It just seems odd to me. Someone explain it to me…
