20-20 check-in, again
Just hit a major milestone — had my weigh in this morning with my nutritionist, and I have surpassed the 30 lbs mark, now having lost 30.8 lbs in just under 9 weeks. I weighed in this morning at 192.2. My personal trainer has me focusing on toning and endurance activities, as I am planning to find and participate in a half-marathon sometime in the near future. In fact, I’m going to try to find one this evening.
