20-20 check-in, post vacation
After a week of struggling to eat right while on the road (kind of difficult to carry a salad around with you in the car), I am back in the saddle and excited to get back into the flow of things. This morning’s workout hit my arms pretty hard, but I am feeling pretty good. I can definitely feel the difference with the lower elevation — it’s going to take a bit more to get my heart rate up for the next couple weeks. In the meantime, I dropped to 193.6 lbs, which means 29.4 total lbs lost since beginning the program. Looking forward to dropping below the 190 mark within the next 2 weeks.
