My October 20-20 Update
People keep telling me I look different, but its not until you see the before and after photos that it really hits you. I’ve lost just over 40 lbs (according to my own scale) in 4 months, gone from 38 to 33 waist, body age of 41 to 24, and 26.4% body fat to 11.2%.
I am now into Phase 2 of the 20-20 Lifestyles program, trying to lose the last 6-7 lbs, and prepping myself for a full marathon. I ran just under 16 miles last Saturday – without water – and just about died. Stupid stupid stupid. Went out and purchased a runners belt with two small water bottles for my next long run, rain or shine, this Saturday. Going to run just over twelve, and work on my pace.
