In this video, Thomas and I start things off talking about the vast number of updates happening within the scope of Office 365, and how the evolution of the platform — and its individual workloads, such as Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, etc — has driven massive change in how Microsoft communicates these changes to the community, and even how they organize events, such as Ignite and Build, which consolidated many of the individual product events. But in the bulk of our discussion, Thomas and I discuss adjusting to the rapid pace of innovation in the cloud, and the continued evolution of the IT Pro role, especially within the Microsoft ecosystem, which is a topic I’ve touched on throughout the years — and even presented on this topic at the first Ignite event, held in Chicago.
