Can Planner limit task visibility to only those assigned? #M365AMA
In this episode, the #M365AMA panel discusses the following community question:
“Can Planner limit the visibility of Tasks to only those who are assigned? In other words, If I have 20 Tasks in my plan and 5 resources. Resource #1 (Mark) is assigned to 7 of the 20 Tasks in my Plan. Is there a way that Mark can ONLY see those Tasks that he is assigned to and not see those other Tasks which he is NOT assigned to, perhaps a setting? Thanks for any solution on solving this.”
