How Viva Engage Can Drive Adoption and Engagement

With the recent addition of Viva Engage, which is the rebranded Yammer Communities app, Microsoft Teams has become an even more effective tool for driving adoption and engagement within organizations.

In fact, if you didn’t see the news earlier this week, Microsoft announced that the Yammer brand is being entirely folded into the Viva Engage brand, with several new features being released, including Q&A, Leadership Corner, AMAs, and advanced analytics.

For those unfamiliar with everything Microsoft is doing in the Employee Experience (#EXP) space, Microsoft Viva is a platform designed to help organizations improve the employee experience. It integrates with Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft applications to provide a range of features, including learning and development, employee well-being, and employee engagement.

Viva Engage focuses specifically on employee engagement, and is designed to help organizations connect with their employees, increase adoption and collaboration, and build a sense of community.
